Open your delivered order and select “Request Return” to begin.
Go to My Orders, open the delivered order, and click Request Return.
Ensure the object is secured in its primary architectural casing.
Affix the digital return label provided by our logistics partner.
Refund or exchange is processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.
